The processes of advancing healing for injury, such as this on a 17 y.o. who tore the acl and lateral meniscus, deserves some form of explanation as to how using the Infrex, on medium frequency interferential mode, made it happen.  We know the rate of repair, coupled with exercising and electrical stimulation, does help the body heal faster, but why is the quest.   The video below helps to explain how our body, made of atoms, actually does exist atom by atom.  The linking of atoms sharing electrons, infuences healing as well as disease processes.

The key to helping our body to heal is to assist in the transfer of electrons in the valence shell of orbit.   That transfer, or sharing, of electrons dramatically enhances chemical changes.   The chemical changes post injury appear to be very beneficial.   Here is a good example of the processes involved in rearranging electrons in atoms, which we feel to be the heart of the reason one sees the success seen in the ACL patient, and many more like her.  The successful rapidity of healing using electrotherapy, is common today.   A patient suffering an acl tear does not have to sit out for 8 - 12 months before returning to competition.
