We bill insurance for tens electrodes for our customers,and will also bill insurance for other supplies--batteries, cables, tens skin supplies. In many cases, there are no out-of-pocket costs.


Electrodes are constructed of one of several gels, a conductor, and often a cover material. Many different materials address a variety of placement sites and uses.

Selection of specific gels are usually determined by placement site, climate, skin condition, and type of use.

**High tac gels offer aggressive adhesion.

**Low tac gels offer moderate adhesion.

**Rehydratable gels provide for long life as the moisture content of the gel is easily restored.

**Skin friendly gels offer high oxygen transmission and are usually water-based.

***Gels effective in high heat/humidity situations are generally highly aggressive and offer lower moisture absorption rates.
