The Infrex FRM is the clinical machine used for functional restoration following athletic injury, surgery, and as a muscle strengthener to avoid hip, knee, shoulder joint replacement surgery.  Used in conjunction with exercises and electrical stimulation.   Based upon the Kots Russian Stim therapy and the Noble Prize work of Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgi,  and the life's work on interferential therapy by Dr. Giovanni DeDomenico.
